The source of the water loss was caused by a leak from the HVAC system. Emergency services were performed to mitigate the damages incurred by the water. Classroom 116 was the most affected by the loss and where the majority of the restoration was performed. The damaged tiles, drywall and cabinetry were replaced and a new HVAC unit was installed. All contents within Classroom 116 were moved to an adjacent classroom while work was underway.
