Jerome D’Silva and Ashfaq Hussain, created the Hussain-D’Silva Construction Company. Pioneers and icons in their industry, the Hussain-D’Silva Construction Company grew to become one of the largest developers in Pakistan. They specialized in the development and management of large-scale buildings, housing, commercial and agricultural projects.

Hussain-D’Silva Gardens was a large-scale project comprised of 9 apartment buildings. The complex housed over 400 families and was recognized as Karachi’s first high-rise residential building.

The Hussain-D’Silva construction company began construction of their most prominent project, the development of Hussain-D’Silva Town, where over 450 houses were built.

1960’s-1970’s

1957
Founded in 1957, Bramalea General Contracting (Peel) Limited was a General Contractor and part of Bramalea Developments, a local real estate developer which became one of the largest real estate development companies in Canada. Bramalea Developments was responsible for the development of the town of Bramalea, which today is known as the City of Brampton. The company, led by President Fred D’Silva, constructed Bramalea City Centre in 1968 which was built in 2-phases and completed in 1973. At the time, the Bramalea City Centre was the largest retail development in North America.

Fred D’Silva and Bramalea firm bring the first concepts of a dome stadium to the City of Toronto.

Bradsil Limited is born and owned by Fred D’Silva. Bradsil Limited completed the Honest Ed’s refurbishment on Bathurst and Bloor and constructed Grand Harbour Condominiums for $90MM. Bradsil Limited also built and developed Kingsway Plaza and Bronte Harbour Condominiums.

1991
Kathi Amos joins a property restoration franchise as a freelance bookkeeper.
1996-2007
Darryl D’Silva receives his Professional Engineer designation and works as a project manager for several high-profile construction companies. During this period, Darryl is responsible for managing large multi-million dollar commercial projects ranging from $2MM to $28MM in value.

2000-2019

2007-2008
Kathi grows within the property restoration franchise to occupy the largest franchise territory, owning Halton-Peel, GTA and Durham regions. Business was focused on insurance restoration and large catastrophes.
2010
Desmond D’Silva and Darryl D’Silva join the franchise as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer. Kathi remains on as Chief Financial Officer.
2015-2016
Neal Weir and Dino Borsato join as President and Chief Operating Officer.

  • The business begins to segment into different sectors and shifts from a restoration mindset to a construction restoration mindset. Begin to take on large commercial projects and more construction and general contracting work.
  • Begin partnership with Special Olympics.

  • Integricon goes through a rebrand. Integricon breaks away from franchise model to accommodate growing client and vendor base. This allows us to expand our reach into new market segments and territories while controlling the quality of our growth. The same experienced team remains onboard.
  • Integricon expands into Hamilton to service the Hamilton and Golden Horseshoe regions with the opening of our Barton St. location.
  • Integricon partners with Connected Sensors to launch a suite of comprehensive water management solutions.

    • Integricon Developments pursues opportunities in Collingwood and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
    • Integricon awarded some the largest restoration rebuilds in Ontario.
    • Integricon awarded the contract for the Jones Avenue Adult Centre rebuild with an estimated value of $20MM. Project is expected to be completed by September 2022.
