We have had the good fortune of having Integricon work with us on two separate occasions when we required restoration services after a flood.

ErinoaKids is a treatment centre for children and youth with disabilities. In the fall of 2017, one of our sites had a pipe burst in the rental unit above our centre and we experienced considerable water damage to the site. Integricon was brought in to restore our unit by the insurance firm. They attended to the site promptly with the required personnel to determine the damages and to work with us in assessing the risk to our clients and staff. Given we were still required to provide client services, Integricon worked around our treatment times in order to complete the work on time with very little disruption to our clients or staff.

I wanted to let you know about the positive experience that I have had with Darrell Gilbert, Division Manager – Residential Complex Loss, Integricon.  I met Darrell in August, 2016 when my house was destroyed by fire (lightening). After an electrical fire completely destroyed the main electrical room and contaminated the entire facility in July 2014, the Insurers, for Crescent Town Club Inc., engaged the professional services of Integricon. They were tasked with restoring the facility to pre-loss condition and this was accomplished within a very short period of time, within the estimated budget and beyond pre-loss condition.
Darryl D’Silva, who oversaw the remedial operations, was very professional but easy to speak with and went beyond the scope of work to ensure this facility was reopened ahead of estimated timelines.
