Integricon was called upon by the insurance company when a fire which originated in the garage spread to the main house, affecting the entryway, powder room and kitchen. As a result, the house suffered from significant fire and smoke damage. As our homeowners grappled with the loss of their home, the Integricon team quickly stepped in to return their house back to its pre-loss condition. In addition to the affected areas, the Integricon team was also able to add a year-round sun room and reworked the upper level to add a laundry room and proper master ensuite. With the help from our in-house Concierge and design team, our homeowners were able to choose elevated finishes, fixtures and appliances while still keeping to the initial budget.
